PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a pattern formation method of an organic thin film semiconductor element.SOLUTION: A pattern formation method of an organic thin film semiconductor element includes: a step where a mold structure having homes is prepared; a step where the mold structure is positioned on the substrate so that the homes and the substrate form pipes; a step where an organic semiconductor material is supplied to a surface of the substrate; and a step where the organic semiconductor material is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
