PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge that can have a first frame and a second frame stably welded.SOLUTION: A developing cartridge 1 which has a base frame 32 supporting a developing roller 2 and a cover frame 33 welded to the base frame 32 is provided with a projection part 57 (80), which has a predetermined size in a vertical direction and extends in a front/rear direction, at an inclined wall 77 (78) which is inclined to a main body part 50 of the cover frame 33 and welded to a second inclined part 40 (64) of the base frame 32, and a vibration part 96 of a welding device 94 is brought into contact with the projection part 57 (80) to weld the inclined wall 77 (78) of the cover frame 33 and the inclined part 40 (64) of the base frame 32 together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
