PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of preventing water for cooling from being frozen at the start time of an operation of a cooling cycle, in a chilling unit.SOLUTION: A control device for a chilling unit which includes a water heat exchanger for cooling water by exchanging heat between a refrigerant and water, an air heat exchanger for delivering the refrigerant which exchanged heat with the outside air to the water heat exchanger via an expansion valve, and a compressor for compressing the inputted refrigerant and delivering the refrigerant which is higher in temperature and pressure than the input time to the air heat exchanger, includes a control unit. The control unit performs a reverse cycle operation before starting a cooling cycle operation by using the water heat exchanger, in the case where the outside air temperature is the temperature in which, when the cooling cycle operation is started and water is cooled, the water temperature becomes a freezing point or lower, and it controls so that a differential pressure in which a pressure of the refrigerant in a refrigerant pipe between the compressor and the water heat exchanger is subtracted from a pressure of the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe between the compressor and the air heat exchanger is the differential pressure or higher in which the refrigerant circulates and also the water does not freeze, when performing the cooling cycle operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
