PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service support system for enabling a receptionist who responds to an inquiry from a customer and a worker in charge who works in a customer house to share information.SOLUTION: The customer service support system includes: data acquisition means for acquiring and transmitting data from a customer data storage part and a facility data storage part in response to a search request; reception data creation means for acquiring customer information corresponding to a customer code included in a reception data creation instruction from the customer storage part, and for acquiring a worker in charge corresponding to the postal code of the acquired customer information from a worker-in-charge data storage part, and for creating and transmitting reception data to a terminal device; and reception data registration means for acquiring a mobile terminal address from the worker-in-charge data storage part on the basis of the worker in charge included in the received reception data in accordance with the reception of the reception data whose reception code has not been set, and for distributing the reception data to the acquired mobile terminal address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
