PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining transmission power for optimizing communication condition of a mobile station with low complexity, and a method for determining a radio base station, a mobile station and transmission power.SOLUTION: A radio base station is connected to a plurality of mobile stations and a first mobile station within the plurality of mobile stations configures at least a mobile-station pair with another mobile station within the plurality of mobile stations. The radio base station includes a processing part configured so as to determine an initial value of a power coefficient for the mobile-station pair according to condition data for each mobile station of each mobile-station pair, and determine an adjustment value for power coefficient for the first mobile station according to condition data for the first mobile station, and a transmission part configured so as to cause the first mobile station to determine transmission power allocated to the first mobile station according to the initial value and the adjustment value, by transmitting at least an initial value and an adjustment value for a mobile-station pair to the first mobile station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
