PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease a negative electrode resistance in discharge.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery charging system 100 comprises: a lithium ion secondary battery 120 arranged by using LiTiOas a negative electrode active material; and a controller 140 which controls the charge and discharge of the lithium ion secondary battery 120. The controller 140 includes: a sensing part 143 for sensing the temperature of the lithium ion secondary battery; an SOC calculation part 141 which calculates SOC of the lithium ion secondary battery 120; and a control part 142 which charges, by pulses, the lithium ion secondary battery at least once each time SOC calculated by the SOC calculation part is reduced by 5% during the time when the lithium ion secondary battery is discharged, in which an electric current rate C(A) in the pulse charging satisfies {(3.6T+10)/30}≤C≤{(3.6T+110)/30}, where T is the temperature (°C) of the lithium ion secondary battery, which is sensed by the sensing part 143.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
