The present invention prevents malfunction resulting from simultaneous operation of a dial and a knob. Provided is a power seat operation device in which a slider (78) that is supported in the radial direction so as to be capable of sliding with respect to a dial (58) is slid toward the center side of the dial (58) in the radial direction during rotating operation of the dial (58) in a dial operation device (10). As a result, a knob engagement section (80A) provided to the slider (78) is arranged between a pair of slider engagement sections (122A, 122B) provided to a knob (110). It is thus possible to restrict rotating operation of the knob (110). Meanwhile, one of the pair of slider engagement sections (122A, 122B) faces the knob engagement section (80A) from the center side of the dial (58) in the radial direction during rotating operation of the knob (110). It is thus possible to restrict rotating operation of the dial (58), which moves together with the sliding of the slider (78).
