PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably cultivate plant in a ship which sways and experiences impacts so as to provide fresh vegetables to the crew of a ship and soothing the body and mind.SOLUTION: An apparatus main body 1 has installed therein a cultivation stand 3 inclined to a front side thereof, a tray installed on the lower part of the cultivation stand 3, and an LED lamp 2 installed on the upper part of the cultivation stand 3. The tray is formed to be partitioned into cells corresponding to cultivation holes opened in the cultivation stand 3 for each plant by partitioning plates provided in an inclined direction and in a direction perpendicular thereto. By making height of partitioning plates in the inclined direction higher than that of the partitioning plates perpendicular thereto, nutrient liquid supplied from an upstream side of the inclined direction is retained at a fixed amount in each cell of the tray while overflowing down columns to a downstream side, thereby uniformly spreading nutrient liquid over whole area of the cultivation stand 3 even if an inclination of the cultivation stand 3 due to swaying, etc., of a ship is large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
