PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel organometallic complex which has high emission efficiency and high heat resistance.SOLUTION: The organometallic complex includes: a central metal; and a first ligand, a second ligand, a third ligand, and a fourth ligand which are coordinated to the central metal.
