The invention provides to a connector with a lever, and enables assembly of a locking forgetting detection mechanism without adding components, and can cheaply prevent the occurrence of forgetting locking which will not lead to interference with external machines and materials that causes damage. In the connector (4) with the lever, a locking forgetting detection mechanism (9), capable of determining whether an embedment operation lever (7) enabling embedment of connector shells is locked, comprises an end edge approaching portion (91), formed integrally to the embedment operation lever (7) and close to one end edge (621) of a cover portion (62); a concave portion (76) formed in a through manner to the end edge approaching portion (91) along the embedment direction of the connector shells; and a locking confirmation projection (66), disposed in a projecting manner to the one end edge (621) of the cover portion (62) and inserted through the concave portion (76) when the embedment operation lever (7) is locked. |
