The utility model relates to the civil engineering, namely to the walls of shuttering blocks, wherein a binder is filled in and which may be used at the erection of self-bearing walls of the skeleton-type buildings in the seismic regions. The wall of shuttering blocks contains blocks with vertical cavities, arranged in courses with the vertical joint bond, wherein the cavities of the blocks of the adjacent courses communicate with each other. In the blocks with vertical cavities there is filled in the binder. The shuttering blocks are made of material with the volumetric weight of 1400...2200 kg/m3, and the binder is made of heat-insulating material with the volumetric weight of 200...400 kg/m3. The shuttering blocks are manufactured from concrete, concrete with filler from stone crushing and/or stone sawing waste, baked clay, as well as with expanded clay aggregate addition. The binder is made of foam cement, polystyrene cement and foamed gypsum.
