The remote actuating element for the flue gas channel flap has a housing with a slider connected by a rod to the flap. The holding arrangement is connected with the actuating rod (20) projecting from the housing. It can be moved by sliding the actuating rod together with the fixed slider for opening the flue gas flap (10). A spring pushes the slider away from the holder. The holder is a solenoid acting on a magnetic plate of the slider.
