<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium to be recorded which is excellent in ink absorbing properties, is capable of recording an image with a high quality, and effectively prevents the image from discolorating and fading caused by acidic gas in an atmosphere and light during storing for a long time and from bleeding under a high temperature and a high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The medium to be recorded in which an ink receiving layer is provided on at least one face of a substrate, is characterized by the ink receiving layer comprising a polymer compound obtained by reacting a sulfur-containing organic compound having at least two active hydrogen groups with a polyisocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups, and a hydroxy acid, and a method for manufacturing it, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
