A method for mafg. CRT fluorescent panel comprises (A) coating powder-acceptable matter onto a panel inside (1) by 1 micron thickness, (B) exposing to a mercury lamp for 2 hr through shadow mask to have viscosity, (C) attaching a panel (1) to rotate-supporter (5) with gradient of 5 - 85 deg. between vertical (4) and rotatary axis (6), (D) feeding fluorescent powder (FP)(3) into the inside of a panel (1), (E) continuously rotating at 1-100 rpm for homogeneously spreading FP, (F) excluding remained FP, and (G) blasting with dried air (8.5 m/sec) to form fluorescent pattern by air developing.
