<p>An aqueous dispersion comprising an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene content of 15 to 65 mole % as a dispersoid and a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer containing ionic groups and having an ethylene content of 10 to 70 mole % and a degree of saponification of 80 mole % or above as a dispersion stabilizer. The dispersion has excellent stability during storage or use thereof and a high solid content, and gives a coating film having excellent gas barrier properties after being dried.</p> |
