Valve for sealing off a passage (5), essentially composed of a membrane (13) which is planar at rest, located in a radial duct (6) fed with compressed air the pressure of which pushes the membrane (13) back into the passage (5). This valve is of simple make-up, may be constructed as a very small size, and is easily washed, which makes it beneficial for very small metered quantities of certain laboratory applications. <IMAGE>
