PURPOSE:To prevent an electrolyte stored in the electrolyte layer of a fuel cell from being carried out into the reaction gas. CONSTITUTION:A reformer 1 serving as a reforming device of the natural gas, a steam separator (separator) 2, and a phosphoric acid mist generator 3 are connected in sequence on the upstream side of a fuel cell 4, and the phosphoric acid mist can be mixed into the fuel gas fed to the fuel cell main body 4. Piezoelectric ceramic is used for the phosphoric acid mist generator 3, the mist quantity is electrically controlled, and the phosphoric acid content in the reaction gas can be easily controlled. |
