The device for switching on/off fluorescent lamp in a certain frequency on impressing AC voltage to filament of the lamp used for advertising boards or guidance displays, comprises a switching control circuit for intermittently supplying AC to the terminal of filament via a current stabilizer (CT); a high-voltage oscillation circuit being in series connection with the secondary coil of nonlinear pulse transformer, diode, semiconductor switching element between non-electric terminals of filament and in series connection with the primary coil of nonlinear pulse transformer, condenser between electric terminals of filament.
