PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct arbitrarily magnetic printing by a light operation without necessity of posttreatment such as an orientation by disposing a ferromagnetic film having intrinsic magnetic characteristics sandwiched between two thermoplastic resin films onto a resin board as a transfer material. SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive magnetic transfer unit for magnetically printing, a resin board 1 is formed of a material formed of resin such as polyethylene terephthalate being thin such as, for example, about 5 to 10μm and high strength against heat, and a thermoplastic resin film 2 is formed of a material such as polyethylene or polyamide having properties to be melted by the heat of about 70 to 100 deg.C. A ferromagnetic film 3 is provided by depositing amorphous ferromagnetic material containing cobalt Co, iron Fe as main groups on the film 2 by a sputtering method. Thus, the thermosensitive magnetic transfer unit which makes it possible to arbitrarily magnetically print by a printer can be obtained without necessity of posttreatment such as an orientation without losing the intrinsic magnetic characteristics of the amorphous ferromagnetic material. |
