PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact and prevent a bag from shifting during transportation and uniformly fold and constrict the bag opening, by turning a pinching means by a specified angle to change the direction of the packaging bag, when transferring the packaging bag pinched by the pinching means at the bag opening to a banding position. SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 is transferred to the discharge process VII and the middle of the bag opening and the nearby positions of both sides are pinched by the pressed contact of movable inner and outer claws 12, 14, 16 and fixed inner and outer claws 11, 13, 15. Thereafter, it is released by a gripper claw 3 and the packaging bag 1 is suspended in the air by a pinching means 8. In this state, the first swing lever 21 is moved to the arrow mark M1 direction and the second swing lever 27 is moved to the arrow mark M2 direction. In this swinging process, the pinching means 8 transfers while changing the angle to the outside of the nearly normal direction against the transfer track T of the packaging bag and changes the posture by about 90 degrees to reach the banding position S of the bag opening. The packaging bag 13 are stably supported at three points to prevent the positional shifting and also compact the device. |
