PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate a member to be actuated to move back and forth at substantially the same speed until reaching a travel end by composing the cam surface of the actuating cam in a shape satisfying a specified formula. SOLUTION: In the actuating cam 11, the height Z in the radial part (r) is set by the next formula. In the area (0<=θ<=π/2) from the start point of a circumference directional positionθof the cam surface toπ/2, Z=(b)/2+(b).θ/π, and Z in the area of (π/2<θ<=3.π/2), Z=(b)/2+(b).(1-θ/π), and moreover, in the area of (3.π/2<θ<=2π), Z=(b)/2+(b).(θ/π-2). When setting the height Z at respective position on the cam surface like this, the height Z becomes in a triangular wave like shape in the circumference direction.
