PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable young and old people to attach and detach present two and three point a seat belt easily in all seats of various traffic means and vehicles with safety, improve the safety of the present two and three point seat belt while securing holding peorformings, provide the belt with compactness which can easy be housed for wide application to various traffic means and vehicles. SOLUTION: An simple attaching wide application four-point seat belt is attached to grooves on both side surfaces of a seat 3, while buckes 1, 2 are also attached thereto. In order to enable manual and electric fine adjustment in bilateral directions, manually or electrically driven device adopting hydraulic pressure or gears are arranged as follows: a motor, a gear box 4, electric and hydraulic machine interlocking adjustment gear mechanism 5, manually and electrically driven fine adjustment device and a switch 6. When a user seats a seat, he/she attaches the seat belt at a center portion of the seat by the use of the buckle 2.
