<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the packing efficiency and yield rate of a material. SOLUTION: In producing a core for a cylindrical coil which is produced by laminating a variety of single plates which differ in widths, band steels 5 which have the width of these single plates are prepared by cutting in strips, corresponding to respective single plates, and these strips steels 5 are made to pass though stepped grooves 10a, 11a, 12a of three pairs of rolls 10, 11, 12 which are arranged in a longitudinal direction and are laminated. The trip steels 5 in a laminated form which are feed from the rolls 12 are cut in a given length by a cutter 6, while being fixed by fixing jigs 13, 14, while the cutting faces are welded in a laminated direction of the strip steels 5. Even if the iron core is multistaged, the production apparatus is prevented from becoming large- sized and the increase of a scrap amount can be also restricted, thus enabling production of laminated iron cores having high packing efficiency at a high yield rate.</p> |
