PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire to prevent the occurrence of dislocation of a rim even when air in a tire is deflated and run in a comparatively long distance. SOLUTION: A carcass 6 is provided to be locked after it is folded at the bead core 5 of a bead part 4 after extending from a tread part 2 through a side wall part 3. A ring body 9 is provided to pass through a gap between a tire cavity surface (i) and the carcass 6 and continuously extending in the peripheral direction of a tire. This ring body 9 is formed of a high rigid material. This ring body 9 is formed of a metal or a fiber-reinforced resin material and it is preferable that the ring body is formed approximately in a U-shape in cross section that the two end parts of the ring body 9 are radially outwardly warped on a basis of the central part in the direction of width of the ring body 9. |
