PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the use of a baggage shelf even for aged or short people by setting the height of the baggage shelf present in a part corresponding to a door pocket part to be formed between a side door and a side window of an electric vehicle to be smaller than that of a baggage shelf present in a part corresponding to the side window. SOLUTION: A side frame body 10 of this electric vehicle is provided with a side window, 11, side doors 12, 12', a seat part 13, a baggage shelf 14, wing parts 15, 15', and handrails 16, 16' provided between the baggage shelf 14 and the wing parts 15, 15'. Door pocket parts 17, 17' to store the side door 12 is formed between the side door 12 and the side window 11 in the side frame body 10. In this rolling stock, a baggage shelf part 14A arranged on a part free from any window for the door pocket part 17 on both side parts of the baggage shelf 14 is installed lower than a baggage shelf part 14B on an upper side of the side window 11. Support bodies 19, 19'; 21, 21' to support baggage shelf poles 18 different in height are provided, and a baggage shelf ball 22 at a distal part is extended to the wing parts 15, 15' to form the handrails 16, 16'.
