PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing, antibacterial, and mildewproof construction method in a living environment and a living space. SOLUTION: This construction method is formed of a sterilizing process which cleans and sterilizes a part to be treated by a sterilizing process by disinfectant and washes the disinfectant away with water, a first drying process forcedly drying the washed part by a hot air, an alcohol spray process spraying alcohol to the dried part, a second drying process forcedly drying the alcohol sprayed part without washing away the alcohol, and an antibacterial process applying an antibacterial wax or an antibacterial coating on the second drying part.
