PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the realization of a high washing power while enhancing the effectiveness of water saving by mixing air into washing water. SOLUTION: An air bubble pump 80 has an air bubble dispersed body 83 through an air chamber 82. The air bubble dispersed body 83 is equipped with many independent apertures on the surface (whole periphery of pipeline wall surface) in contact with washing water flowing through a washing water pipeline 84. By doing this, air pressured to the air chamber 82 is sent from each independent aperture of the air bubble dispersed body 83 and is mixed with the washing water as fine air bubbles at respective aperture. Thus, this fine air bubble is independently mixed to the washing water, each air bubble keeps a state of independent air bubbles from the initial stage of formation and has a small- radius spherical shape so that the rigidity is high and it is hardly deformed. Thus, even though the washing water has a high air mixing ratio of 1.3, air is stable in an air bubble form with an air bubble current stably dispersed and mixed.
