PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of a simple operation by using a mobile object detection switch which is turned on and off when a mobile object put near the device is detected and not detected respectively and operating a selection switch to decide whether the power is supplied to the device directly or via the mobile object detection switch or the supply of power is cut to the device. SOLUTION: A mobile object detection switch circuit 9 turns on and off an object serving as a mobile object put near a device when the object is detected and not detected respectively by an infrared ray sensor. The electric power is supplied to a video signal element 4 and a video signal processing circuit 5 from a device power supply 8 via a power circuit. A power supply changeover switch 10 can select three ways to supply the power to the element 4 and the circuit 5 from the supply 8, that is, the power is directly supplied with the terminals (d) and (b) short-circuited to each other, the power is supplied via the circuit 9 with the terminals (d) and (c) short-circuited to each other and the supply of power is cut with the terminal (d) short-circuited to a terminal (a) which is not connected to any terminal.
