PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency relay having a stable high frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: A shield plate 11 is mounted on the upper surface of the metallic base 10 of a fixed terminal block 3. The lower part of the base 10 is attached to a main base 1, while projecting downward beyond the lower surface of the main base 1, and the lower surface of the base 10 is connected to a grounding pattern formed on a printed wiring board 60. A case 4 having an opening in one side attached to the main base 10 is plated with a metallic layer on its outer surface. A positioning rib 4a, which abuts on the upper end face of the shield plate 11, is projected from the inner surface of the case 4. A gap is formed between the open edge of the opening in the case 4 and the grounding pattern of the printed wiring board 6, and the case 4 is jointed to the grounding pattern by means of solder 61.
