PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rolling inner surface beads of a steel pipe capable of maintaining a satisfactory lubricant state in slide parts within a roll holding truck within the pipe even if the inside of the pipe is kept in a high temperature state and the pipes are continuously manufactured over for a long time. SOLUTION: A device for rolling inner surface beads of a steel pipe is provided with a roll holding truck 1 arranged within the pipe, an inner surface rolling roll 2 which is held by the roll holding truck 1 and pressurizes the inner surface beads, a guide roll 3 opposing the inner surface rolling roll 2 via a seam part, a solid lubricant film consisting of one kind of graphite. A mixture of graphite and BN, MoS2, BN or a thermal spraying film (lubricant film 6) consisting of Cr3C2 dispersal type Ni-Cr alloy or Mo2NiB2 is formed in one side or both sides of mutually rubbing places of at least slide parts 5 within the roll holding truck 1. |
