PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid sheet which exerts a sufficient anti-skid effect even when it is wet and is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A sheet has a sheet body 1a and an anti-skid part 1b on the body and the body 1a is equipped on the surface of a step part 3 and the anti- skid part 1b covers margin 1c of the sheet body. The anti-skid part comprises a rubber layer and an inorganic particle which adhere to the surface of the rubber layer and the rubber layer comprises a vulcanized molding of a diene- based rubber composition and the inorganic particle adheres to the rubber layer via a silane coupling agent layer of the formula:(HSC3H6)mSi(OCH3)4-m (wherein (m) is an integer of 1-3) and a compound expressed by the formula (wherein (n) is an integer of 1-3 and (x) is an integer of 2-6).
