摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to extract the decomposition capability of functional water to the maximum possible extent in the contact of a gaseous phase with a liquid phase and to efficiently execute decomposition by alternately introducing a prescribed volume of the functional water and a prescribed amount of gas from one opening of a reactor. SOLUTION: While the functional water is supplied via a supply pipe 41 from an oasis biohalf to an alternate functional water and polluted gas supplying vessel 41, trichloroethylene is introduced as the gas mixed with air thereto from a permeater via a gas supply pipe 43. The functional water liquid and the polluted gas are alternately supplied from the supply vessel 41 to the tubular reaction chamber 44. the entire part of the reaction chamber 44 is subjected to photoirradation with a black light fluorescent lamp 45. As a result, the oxidation capability of the functional water is enhanced and the efficient decomposition of contaminated organic materials is made possible. The functional water liquid discharged from the reaction chamber 44 and the polluted gas after the treatment are supplied to a steam separation vessel 46 where the liquid and the gas are separated to the vapor phase and the liquid phase. The functional water to be used includes the functional water which contains hypchlorite or is formed by electrolysis of the water containing an electrolyte.</p>
