PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving device capable of loading/ejecting a cartridge by a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a cartridge 1 is inserted into a cartridge holder 12, an engaging means 33 is engaged with the cartridge 1. By the rotation of a cam 34, a loading base 31 having the engaging means 33 is moved in a loading direction L, and the cartridge 21 is pulled into the cartridge holder 12. At the ejection, by the reverse rotation of the cam 34, the loading base 31 is moved in an ejecting direction E, and the cartridge 1 is ejected from the cartridge holder 31.
