摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quickly executable analysis by accomodating a plurality of samples in a sample holder, and moving the sample holder and the taking in and out of the sample with a simple constitution such as two replacement means, a pusher mechanism, a height adjuster or the like. SOLUTION: A primary X-ray 5 is applied to a sample 3 on a sample table 2 from an X-ray source 4 such as an X-ray tube or the like in a vacuum chamber 1 to measure the intensity of the produced fluorescent X-ray 6 by a detecting means 7. A replacement means 9 replaces a sample holder 8 between a charging position A of a plurality of samples 3 accommodated in a sample holder 8 and a taking-out position B for independently taking out the sample 3 from the sample holder 8 to the sample table 2. A replacement means 10 replaces the sample holder 8 between the taking-out position B and an accomodation position C for independently pressing the sample 3 placed on the sample table 2 into the sample holder 8. A pusher mechanism 11 pushes out the sample 3 on the taking-out position B, onto the sample table 2, and accomodates the sample in the sample holder 8 on the accomodation position C. A height adjuster 12 adjusts the relationship of the height between the sample table 2 and the pusher mechanism 11, and taking-out position B and the sample holder 8 on the accomodation position C.
