PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate control without using any A/D converter with high resolution even if article supply weight per unit time is small. SOLUTION: The amount of change per specific time of the weight of an article being supplied continuously from an article supply device is detected by an amount-of- weight-change detection part. The amount of supply of the article of the article supply device is controlled by a control part so that the article supply weight per unit time from the article supply device becomes nearly constant from the output signal of an amount-of-weight-change detection part 34. The amount-of-weight-change detection part 34 is provided with a load cell 14 for generating a weight signal and a D/A converter 22 for generating a correction analog signal, the weight signal and the correction analog signal are inputted to an addition amplifier 28, and an amplification signal where the difference between the absolute values of both of them is amplified is outputted. The amplification signal of an amplifier 18 is converted from analog to digital by the A/D converter 28 at each specific time. A CPU 32 inputs the digital signal and supplies a correction digital signal for generating the correction analog signal for locating the digital signal within a predetermined change in the non- saturation region of the A/D converter 28 is supplied to the D/A converter 22.
