SOLUTION: A large number of plates 2 for forming a large number of channel protrusions 3 and wall-like protrusions 4 of the same height in parallel on the surface at a specified interval are laminated such that the channel protrusions intersect each other thus producing a laminate element 5. The wall- like protrusions 4 at the opposite ends parallel with the channel protrusions 3 are provided with dam parts 4A at the specified interval of the channel protrusions 3 and flat parts 6 devoid of the channel protrusion 3 are provided at the opposite end parts intersecting the wall-like protrusions 4 over a specified range. A press contact pressure can thereby be applied surely and uniformly when the plates 2 at the opposite ends, against which an air flow strikes when the element materials 1 are laminated, are brought into press contact against the underlying wall-like protrusions 4.
