PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation of a baking temperature in a furnace by constituting of at least two or more partitioned heating chambers and constituting to continuously convey a material to be baked through the chambers. SOLUTION: A base plate 19 for an FDP is heat treated. The heat treatments are sequentially moved from a first heating chamber 1 through a second heating chamber and a third heating chamber 3 and set so that an atmospheric temperature of the third chamber becomes 600 deg.C at the highest. After baking, rollers 16 are reversed to reversely convey a baking material from the chamber 3 to the chamber 2 and the chamber 1, and to cool the material. As a result, the plate 19 can be baked as a predetermined object by suitably setting and controlling the heating conditions of the chambers 1, 2 and 3. Accordingly, the influence of a gas flow in association with the movement of the material in the continuously baking furnace can be checked.
