PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fraction defective and to improve the assemblability by separating an inner cylindrical part of a sleeve into a center post side and a plunger side, and comprising a separation wall forming a magnetic clearance between the plunger and the center post. SOLUTION: An inner cylindrical part of a sleeve 3 is separated into a region 3a at a center post 2 side and a region 3b at a plunger 106 side. A separation wall 3c is mounted for forming a magnetic clearance between the plunger 106 and the center post 2. On this occasion, an inner peripheral surface of a sidewall part 3d at the center post 2 side of the sleeve 3 is engaged with an end 2a of the center post 2, and a wax material 5 as a binding material is poured into an engagement part 4 by soldering. Whereby the running-off of the wax material 5 and the reduction of a shim can be prevented, the workability of a solenoid assembling process can be improved, and the defective can be reduced.
