PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the thrust of a single rod cylinder type actuator for operating a shift fork, in a single-side pressed state in both extending and contracting directions. SOLUTION: A master valve 6 is put in the ON state when a shift actuator 2 and a select actuator 1 are operated. A first selector valve 8 is put in the ON state when the shift actuator 2 is operated in an extending direction X. A second selector valve 9 is put in the ON state when the select actuator 1 is operated in the extending direction X. A-third selector valve 18 is put in the ON state when the shift actuator 2 is operated in a contracting direction Y. The shift actuator 1 is put in the single-side pressed state when driven in the extending direction and contracting direction by the first and thrid selector valves 8, 18.
