PURPOSE: A concrete mortar composition for repairing fallen parts of concrete rapidly is provided to extend the lifetime of concrete construction by using liquid hydrophilic polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by mixing cement, dry sand, liquid hydrophilic polyurethane and water in a weight ratio of 50-125: 50-125: 10-22: 5-15, wherein the above cement and dry sand can be mixed in a ratio of 2:5, 5:5, 6:4, 3:6, etc., and the used polyurethane has a viscosity of 2500-3000cP and a density of 1.15. The construction method using concrete mortar comprises the steps of: drying and cleaning a fallen face of concrete completely; coating it with polyurethane as a binder; filling the fallen parts with concrete mortar; plastering and curing.
