PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which gathers the time when a route bus passes through each bus stop and grasps the road state from the distances between bus stops and movement time. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication terminal mounted on the route bus and a communication network are used to input discrimination information on the bus and a bus stop when the bus passes through the bus stop to the information processor, and road information is computed from the distance between bus stops and the movement time and stored and managed.
