PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a plurality of vertical wind-direction deflecting plates by mean of a single motor and, at the same time, to enable the deflecting plates to make horizontal blowing off, downward blowing off, wide blowing off, and spot blowing off. SOLUTION: A driving motor 12 is fixed to a driving mechanism 11 which drives first and second vertical wind-direction deflecting plates 9 and 10. One end of a shaft 13c provided with a cam 13 in which first and second cams 13b and 13a are integrally formed is journaled and the other end of the shaft 13c is connected to the rotating shaft of the motor 12. In addition, a first gear 14 from which a cylindrical cam follower 14b is protruded to follow the first cam 13b is meshed with the gear 9c of a driving shaft 9a. A second gear 17 from which cylindrical cam follower 17b is protruded to follow the second cam 13a is meshed with the gear 10c of another driving shaft 10a.
