PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of paper wastes slenderly cut with an usual shredder by a low cost and small-size device and ensure the reliability of the device. SOLUTION: A compression case 30 with an opening part 11 formed on the top is arranged below a shredder device 10 and a screw conveyor 20 is arranged inside the compression case 30. The screw conveyor 20 is activated in such a fashion that it is interlocked with the shredder device 10. On the other hand, the compression case 30 has a blockage wall formed at a forward position and a pressure sensor 50 is arranged on the blockage wall. Further, below the nearby part of the blockage wall, an open/close door 60 to be activated by a pressure switch is provided. In addition, in the neighborhood of the opening part 11 of the compression case 30, a tank 41 for dripping a treating liquid containing a coagulant is arranged, and a solenoid valve 43 is provided in the fluid channel of the treating liquid.
