PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-discharger capable of automatically moving an outlet for discharging fluid by sure and stable operation so as to make it possible to uniformly spray the fluid, capable of utilizing the fluid itself as a driving fluid for moving the outlet so as to simplify a fluid supply pipeline and prevent the driving fluid from being uselessly wasted, and further capable of being completely automated in operations all over the whole processes, and to provide a pipeline system equipped with the fluid-discharger. SOLUTION: This fluid-discharger has an inlet which is connected to the fluid supply pipeline and at least one outlet from which the fluid is discharged, and further has a torque-generating unit for generating torque due to pressure of the fluid which is supplied from the inlet and an outlet-driving unit for reciprocally driving a support member for the outlet by the torque, wherein the fluid-discharger is so structured that the fluid which passes through the torque- generating unit is discharged from the outlet. The pipeline system is equipped with the fluid-discharger.
