PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an untwisting joint metal fitting capable of easily jointing a pipe shaped matter to one joint member locked not to be rotated without fixing the one joint member to be jointed with a tool. SOLUTION: A left and right pair of joint members 1, 2 jointing a pipe shaped matter are rotated each other to be fitted and an anti-falling-off member 5 attached on one joint member 1 is locked on another joint member 2 under a condition of keeping a clearance 3 to allow the both joint members 1, 2 to slide in axial direction for jointing the both joint members 1, 2. When the both joint members 1, 2 are slid with using the clearance 3, the anti-falling-off member 5 and another joint member 2 engage each other to lock the both joint members 1, 2.
