PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder-like sleeper for relieving and reducing pressure applied to the sleeper at train passing time by arranging the sleeper in the rail lengthwise direction, reducing pressure applied to a roadbed by enlarging the contact area of the sleeper and the roadbed, making the sleeper unmovable by increasing resistance force when lateral directional force is applied to a rail by enlarging the rail directional cross-sectional area of the sleeper, and making the sleeper unmovable when inverse directional force is applied to the rail since clearance between the sleepers is eliminated by continuously integrating the sleeper in a ladder shape.
