SOLUTION: At a moment when the high speed moving object such as a flying object of space collides with a structure such as a space station, an electromagnetic wave having various frequency components up to a light area from several hundred kHz is generated. A signal of the electromagnetic wave is captured by an antenna 1, and is detected by a detector 2. A signal processing part 3 calculates the existence of a collision of the object and the structure and the collision energy from a waveform and the wave height of the signal of the electromagnetic wave detected by the detector 2.
