PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module in which a change in an optical output does not occur since an exciting laser beam to be outputted is always set to a multi-mode. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser module comprises a semiconductor laser element 3, an optical coupling means 4 and an optical fiber 7 disposed at the same optical axis, and an optical feedback unit A1 for reflecting the laser beam having a specific wavelength in such a manner that a reflecting spectral shape of the feedback unit A1 has a substantially rectangular shape.
