PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator having an excellent radiation effect by connecting the radiator to a heating component. SOLUTION: The radiator 1 is obtained by sticking a graphite sheet 2 to a metal panel 3 and curve-working the sheet 2 with this panel 3 in the corrugated state to form a radiation fin 5 having a plurality of recesses and projections. Since heat conductivity spreading in the direction of the surface of the sheet 2 is excellent extremely, when fitting this radiator 1 to the casing of the heating component, heat from the heating component can uniformly be radiated by the surface of the recessed and projecting radiation fin, and the radiator having the excellent radiation effect is obtained.
