PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability of binding work of a shield member and a shield shell. SOLUTION: The shield shell 40 is composed of an inner shell 40A having an inner cylinder part 41A and an outer shell 40B having an outer cylinder part 41B, and the shield member 41 is pressed between the outer cylinder part 41B and the inner cylinder part 41A inserted into the outer cylinder part 41B by applying pressure to bond to the shield shell 40. Since the shield member 44 and the shield shell 40 are strongly bonded by friction caused by pressure- insertion, extruding inward of the cylinder part of the shield shell is unnecessary unlike crimping work. After bonding, only by sliding the shield shell 40 in the shaft direction from a fixed mold 50 positioned on the inside of the inner cylinder part 41A, the shell 40 can be removed.
